How do I delete my account with Caponocca?
We are sad to see you go, but if you would like to delete your account simply email contact@caponocca.com and put “Delete Account” in the subject line.

What does Caponocca mean?
Capo =”head” , Nocca =”knuckle” in Italian

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
It takes around 1-3 days for orders to be processed, and shipping is usually 3-5 business days.  We provide tracking numbers for you to follow your order as well!

Do I have to use the Caponocca Design Kit, or can I submit designs on my own?
You may certainly use whatever programs work best for you.  Just make sure you provide us with an idea of how you plan to place your cool design on a tee.

How do I get royalties from the sales of the shirts?
If your design is selected for print, you are entitled to 10% of all royalties from the sales of that shirt.  Each month a check will automatically be delivered to your address for that month’s sales.

Where can I return or exchange my Caponocca tee?
We will gladly refund your purchase provided that you have NOT WORN  or WASHED the t-shirt you purchased.  Please remember that you are responsible for all shipping and handling for any returns.  You may also opt to simply exchange your tee for another one of your choosing.
